BIM Technician

About the Role

We are currently seeking an Intermediate BIM Technician to join a growing and forward-thinking consultancy in London on a hybrid basis
. This role will be supporting projects across Stages 2–5, working on a wide variety of sectors including data centres, residential, commercial, and office fit-outs
.

While an architectural BIM background is ideal, candidates from structural or general BIM backgrounds are also encouraged to apply, provided they are comfortable working in an architectural-focused role.

• Produce and develop BIM models using Revit across RIBA Stages 2–5
• Support the delivery of coordinated architectural and BIM outputs
• Work collaboratively with Architects, Engineers, and wider design teams
• Assist with BIM standards

  , and model coordination
• Contribute to multiple projects across different sectors
• Ensure models and drawings meet project and quality requirements

• Intermediate-level BIM Technician experience
• Strong, hands-on Revit capability (essential)
• Background in architectural BIM, general BIM, or structures
• Comfortable working across multiple project stages and sectors
• Keen to develop skills and progress within a growing business
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
