Senior FF&E Designer; Hospitality

Overview

A prestigious and internationally acclaimed interior design studio based in London is seeking a talented Senior FF&E Designer to join its dynamic and creative team. Known for delivering refined, high-end hospitality interiors, the studio is recognised for its innovation, elegance, and exceptional attention to detail.

• Take ownership of the entire FF&E process from initial concept through to final installation.
• Develop and present cohesive design concepts, curating mood boards and material palettes, and preparing comprehensive specifications and documentation.
• Manage timelines and budgets, ensuring that all elements of the FF&E programme align with the project’s overall vision and are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
• Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to coordinate the sourcing, production, and delivery of FF&E items.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of design integrity are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• Extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with a portfolio that includes high‑end hotels, restaurants, or bars.
• High level of creativity and conceptual thinking, alongside proven experience in leading FF&E work from start to finish.
• Strong project management skills, particularly in relation to budget control, scheduling, and team coordination.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with regular interaction with both internal colleagues and external partners.
