Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

White Red Architects is looking for an architect to join its team in London.

White Red Architects is looking for a talented and enthusiastic ARB registered architect to join their team in Shoreditch.

We seek skilled all-rounders with a minimum of three plus years’ post-Part 3 experience, who can confidently manage a small team and liaise with clients/consultants. You will work closely with our team and directors to develop and deliver several exciting projects in the UK.

• lead and manage complex projects with close support of our senior architectural team
• develop high-quality design concepts and presentations, demonstrating excellent communication skills
• complete work accurately and efficiently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• participate in project peer and design reviews, ensuring best practices are met
• mentor and support junior members of staff, fostering professional growth

• minimum three years’ of post-Part 3 professional experience
• comprehensive knowledge of all RIBA work stages, with strong understanding of construction stages including the required procedures/documentation
• experience in commercial and hospitality sectors
• confident communicator with client-facing experience
• good understanding of UK Building Regulations
• proficiency in REVIT and excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
• experience with visualisation tools such as Twin Motion (Preferred)
• proficiency in Sketch Up, Microsoft and Adobe Suite
• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure
