Location: Greater London
The Role
- Leading technical and remedial work streams on tall apartment and façade-led projects
- Managing technical delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Acting as a technical lead, coordinating consultants and mentoring junior team members
- Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, fire strategy, and façade performance requirements
- Qualified Architect (Part
3) with 5+ years post-qualification experience - Strong background in UK residential and high-rise projects
- Excellent technical knowledge, particularly around facades and tall buildings
- High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Confident communicator with experience running technical packages independently
- Salary: £50,000–£55,000 (dependent on experience)
- Hybrid working: 3 days office-based
