Job Description: You will transform founder-led intuition into a scalable design system for a unique physical-meets-digital product. This role involves designing consumer and operational mobile apps, web admin tools, and physical environmental graphics. You will bridge the gap between digital interfaces and real-world hardware, ensuring a seamless, inclusive experience for millions of urban users.

• Design a unique hybrid experience that combines mobile applications with physical urban hardware and environmental way finding.
• Join a well-funded venture at a pivotal stage as they transition from founder-led prototypes to a global design system.
• High-impact opportunity to shape the visual identity and user journey of a product used in public spaces daily.

• Design end-to-end user journeys for consumer apps, internal operations tools, and administrative platforms.
• Create physical-to-digital touchpoints including pod decals, signage, and environmental graphics to guide user behavior.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system, UI patterns, and interaction principles to ensure cross-platform consistency.

• Proven experience translating complex product logic into simple, elegant, and intuitive mobile and web interfaces.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment, moving quickly from scrappy concepts to polished prototypes.
• Strong background in using research, usage data, and real-world observation to validate and iterate on design decisions.
