Principal Consultant - BA Arch @ White Space | Head of Freelance Architecture, Design, Digital + BIM

This globally renowned design practice of over 200 people urgently needs additional support from Contract and FTC Part II Architectural Assistants, Architects and Technologists / Technicians to work on large scale complex Middle Eastern projects, RIBA stages 2-4, for at least 6 months with likely extensions.

Successful Part II Architectural Assistants, Architects (all levels) and Technologists or Technicians will be quickly integrated into these exciting fast paced project teams to get stuck in on large-scale sporting arena / stadium projects working in Revit and Rhino on RIBA stages 2, 3 or 4 depending on project requirements.

White Space Recruitment would like to hear from experienced Part II Architectural Assistants, Architects and Technologists / Technicians who can ‘hit the ground running’ with confidence, and therefore applicants applying must have proven in-practice skills of using Revit and Rhino on medium to large size projects whilst working on RIBA stages 2, 3 or 4 to qualify for making an application.

The initial contract will run for at least 6 months with possible extensions. This client is based in Southwest London offering a potential hybrid option of working 1 day from home after working 5 days per week for a 1 month bedding in period, and 35-40 hours per week depending on which project you would be assigned. £22.00 - £32.00 PAYE DoE & Level per hour or FTC Pro Rata salary equivalent.

Please note that these positions are very urgent and therefore White Space Recruitment can only consider Part II Architectural Assistants, Architects and Technologists / Technicians who are either immediately available or can start within 2 weeks after a Teams interview and Revit test, although longer notice periods may also be considered.
