Senior Project Architect at Luxury Interior Design Studio

• Lead architectural and technical aspects of multiple projects across RIBA stages
• Oversee concept design, spatial coordination, and tender documentation
• Manage BIM models and ensure buildable, practical solutions
• Produce and deliver architectural and joinery packages to exemplary standards
• Support contract administration, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews during construction
• Champion quality, innovation, and bespoke detailing aligned with studio standards
• Mentor junior designers and foster team development

• RIBA Part III qualified with 7+ years in luxury residential design
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Archi
  
  CAD, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, InDesign and Photoshop desirable
• Excellent eye for materials and detailing, with a solutions‑driven approach
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and CDM
