Bim Coordinator

Position: Bim Coordinator (Permanent)
We are recruiting for an experienced BIM Coordinator to play a key role in project coordination, BIM support, and day-to-day problem solving within busy design teams.

You’ll be joining a well-established, award-winning AJ100 practice recognised for delivering large, complex and design-led buildings.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with architectural teams to ensure smooth project coordination

* Support senior staff with BIM management, standards and troubleshooting

* Maintain compliance with ISO 19650:2018

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years’ professional BIM experience within architecture or architectural technology

* Advanced Revit capability

* Solid understanding of BIM standards, protocols and workflows

* Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills

* Proactive, approachable and collaborative working style
