Our client is looking for a talented Architect and Team Leader to manage a portfolio of 10–15 private residential projects in the UK (construction values £500k–£5M), and lead a small team of 3–5 people
.
The ideal candidate will be confident running high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages
, with excellent communication skills and a strong design sensibility.
Qualified Architect with 5+ years’ experience
Experience delivering high-end London residential projects
Skilled in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
Confident managing clients, consultants, and project teams
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Commercially aware and detail-oriented
