Position: ARCHITECTURAL ASSOCIATE
Location: Greater London

Qualifications

  • Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects and with Green Mark certification for Architect.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in handling projects from concept to construction.
  • Liaise with consultants on matters of design & technical co‑ordination site issues.
  • Work closely with the project team in the co‑ordination, organization & preparation of construction documents & drawings.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive environment.
  • Contract administration.
  • Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice.
  • Auto Cad and BIM knowledge will be an advantage.
