My client is a top 20 residential developer that specialises in new build developments in both traditional build and reinforced concrete schemes, operating out of their North West London office.

We are looking to add a Technical Coordinator to our team who will report to the Senior Technical Manager. The candidate will work closely with the technical team throughout the development process, producing drawing packages, collaborating with the architectural team to ensure on‑time delivery, and liaising with the commercial and production teams.

• Develop and manage full working drawings packages for new build residential developments (£5m+).
• Coordinate with the architectural team to ensure packages are delivered on schedule.
• Collaborate with the commercial and production teams during the development lifecycle.

• 5+ years of experience working on new build residential developments (£5m+) from inception to completion, in either traditional build or RC frame schemes.
• Degree qualified or equivalent in construction, or an architectural background.
• Proven experience in full working drawings packages.
