Job Description

A prestigious, design-led Landscape Architecture practice, renowned for its collaboration with global visionaries like BIG, KPF, and Foster + Partners, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their growing London studio.

With an established presence across Europe and the Middle East, this firm is celebrated for delivering ambitious, high-profile projects across hospitality, mixed-use, and public realm sectors. Their work is bold, highly conceptual, and rooted in a strong design philosophy. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with an exceptional studio shaping the future of contemporary landscapes on an international scale.

You’ll take the reins on multiple large-scale design projects, overseeing creative direction and project execution from concept through to post-contract stages. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Design Principal, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to both the internal team and external clients, representing the studio’s design integrity at every step.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead several complex landscape projects in parallel across varied global locations
  • Inspire and mentor a talented team of designers and technical staff
  • Represent the studio in client meetings and high-level presentations
  • Guide project design development through to delivery, including post-contract stages
  • Contribute to strategic studio growth and design culture
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in Landscape Architecture, with a strong design portfolio from top-tier practices
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (Honours)
  • Must be proficient with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Lumion and understand Revit.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale resort, hotel, public realm, and mixed-use projects
  • Highly creative, organised, and collaborative, with natural leadership presence
  • Strong client-facing skills and the confidence to lead with clarity and vision
  • Ideally, exposure to projects in the Gulf region
  • Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
Benefits
  • This is more than just a career move, it’s a chance to leave a lasting mark on some of the world’s most exciting landscapes. You'll be part of a collaborative, visionary team working at the forefront of global design, with the support and infrastructure of a firm that truly values creativity and leadership.
  • While this role is based in London, they have offices in Europe and Dubai so you'll have flexibility in where you can work from.
