We are looking for a skilled digital designer to join a brand and digital consultancy bridging cultural strategy and business goals. You'll turn complex briefs into intuitive digital products for major global clients, delivering the exceptional standards that define their output, all within a compact, supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing- Handle full digital projects: UX research, wireframes, UI design, and scalable systems, upholding rigorous quality at every step.
- Work directly with developers on precise handoffs, building responsive layouts for all screen sizes that meet exacting standards.
- Present designs to clients, explaining your decisions with clarity to secure buy-in on high‑calibre work.
- Refine interaction details, accessibility, and subtle motion across deliverables, ensuring nothing less than polished excellence.
- 4 years in a design studio or agency shown through strong website/UI portfolio pieces that demonstrate unwavering attention to detail.
- Solid skills in layout, typography, hierarchy, and component‑based design systems, executed to the highest benchmarks.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe CC tools.
- Proactive designer who tracks design trends and shifts between leading and supporting as needed, always prioritising superior results.
- Shape digital strategy for senior stakeholders at influential organisations, where precision drives real impact.
- Grow within a small team offering clear direction and space to expand your role, all grounded in uncompromising standards.
- Contribute to a consultancy expanding its client base worldwide, prioritising effective teamwork and consistently outstanding delivery.
