🎨 Senior AI/Product Designer

📍 London | 💼 Permanent | 🔁 Hybrid (2 days in office)

I’m working with a fast-growing product design studio focused on AI-powered products, and they’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join at a genuinely exciting stage.

This role is for someone who loves designing ambitious digital products and wants to help shape culture, process, and the future of a growing agency 🚀

• ✨ Have strong experience designing digital products end-to-end with a focus on UI/Visual design
• 🧠 Think critically and move comfortably between big-picture and detail
• 📊 Have experience with AI and data-rich products (or are very keen to go deep)
• 🗣️ Can confidently present and explain your work to clients
• 🌫️ Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy figuring things out
• 🌱 Want to help grow a business, not just deliver projects

Roughly 5 years’ experience is ideal, but mindset matters more than years on paper.

👉 Must have the right to work in the UK.

• ✏️ Owning product design projects
• 🔎 Research, discovery, and concept testing
• 🎨 Designing high-quality UI and interactive prototypes
• 🧩 Building and evolving design systems
• 🤝 Working closely with clients and a tight-knit team
• 🚀 Contributing to agency growth and ways of working

Because you’ll design AI-enabled products and use AI to improve how design work gets done. Best of both worlds 💡

• 💰 £60–70k salary (DOE)
• 🔁 Hybrid working (2 days in a central London office)
