As we continue to bring to life award‑winning venues and experiences our EMEA Practice is looking for a Senior Designer based in our Shoreditch studio.

Populous Strategy is the business consulting arm of the global design firm, Populous. It acts as a specialist venue business consultancy, working in partnership with the Populous design team, to optimise revenue generation in sports and entertainment venues.

• Work across both strategy and design projects alongside associates and manage junior team members.
• Develop creative solutions based on customer insights across multiple platforms.
• Contribute smart ideas and problem‑solving approaches to client discussions.

• Strategical and commercial thinker with the drive to go above and beyond for clients.
• Several years of experience in a top commercial design studio.
• Proven experience working across all platforms from print and digital to spatial.
