Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior FF&E Designer to join our hospitality team and lead high‑profile projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail‑driven designer with a passion for luxury interiors and deep knowledge of global suppliers, materials, and design trends.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver FF&E concepts, mood boards, and design narratives for prestigious hospitality projects.
- Select and specify FF&E, finishes, hardware, and sanitaryware that meet project vision, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead the preparation of FF&E specification books and coordinate with documenters on scheduling and cost control.
- Collaborate closely with the wider design team to ensure seamless integration of FF&E with overall project concepts.
- Manage projects independently and support the FF&E Director/Associate on larger‑scale projects.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, presenting design schemes and overseeing delivery.
- Review shop drawings, prototypes, and technical submissions to ensure alignment with design intent.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, while upholding and refining company FF&E standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, fostering relationships with international suppliers and sourcing unique, innovative solutions.
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in FF&E design, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong creative design skills with exceptional eye for detail, quality, and storytelling through materials.
- Proficiency in CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and MS Office; experience with Dot Studio is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
