Senior Digital Designer

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our studio in London or Madrid—someone who thrives across the full design journey, from early-stage research and conceptual exploration to prototyping and refined interface design.

You are passionate about pushing the boundaries between experience and brand, crafting digital moments that feel purposeful, intuitive, and memorable. You understand how design systems, interaction, and visual identity come together to shape meaningful user experiences.

At Saffron, you’ll work with renowned global brands and play a key role in a growing digital team. As a senior member, you’ll help drive projects forward, bring clarity to complexity, and support in elevating the craft and thinking of those around you.

• You can communicate design concepts through sketches, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and you bring the confidence and presence needed to present your work effectively and create strong, impactful presentations.
• You look to simplify complexity by creating elegant solutions.
• You are eager to collaborate with strategists and brand designers to shape your work, and the other way around.
• You are a problem solver and know when to challenge requirements.
• You seek excellence in everything you do.
• You are fluent in English, and other languages are definitely a plus too.
• You are excited about working in an international team, and travelling globally.
• You love all things Figma.
• You are no stranger to iteration and have knowledge of how the experience will work across different environments/surfaces.
