We are looking for a Junior Product Manager - Special Make Up (SMU) and Value Channel. The purpose of the role is to support the Original Penguin Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Commercial Team to deliver the strategic range plan and product financial plan (from product to price and margin) across SMU and Value Channel Lines.

Job Accountabilities
  • Own the creation, management, and ongoing maintenance of the Seasonal Style Master across all SMU and Value Channel product lines.
  • Develop and manage the comprehensive Seasonal Critical Path for each dedicated SMU account, proactively tracking milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage and maintain SMU Seasonal Validations through the creation of visual seasonal line plans and analysis packs.
  • Support the Senior Team by conducting in-depth, ongoing seasonal performance analysis, focusing on overall performance, best sellers, weighted margin profitability, and post-season lessons learned.
  • Support Senior Team with analysis on seasonal Direct to Consumer (DTC) sell-through performance.
  • Responsible for generating all relevant pricing for style packages on the internal PLM system.
  • Manage and execute all administrative tasks within internal NuOrder systems, strictly adhering to seasonal calendars and deadlines.
  • Support Senior Manager in creation of sample POs and manage all sample deliveries into our showrooms in a timely manner.
  • Support Senior Team with line validation of all product categories to help maximise sales £revs and margins.
  • Take ownership of the Original Penguin Sample Library, acting as the main point of contact for tracking and shipping reference styles to relevant accounts globally.
  • Support EMEA Senior Teams by coordinating and preparing materials for key seasonal milestones, including Post Market Meetings, Buy Meetings, and the development of Seasonal Sales Tools.
  • Assist the Sales Team with key account meeting preparation and systematically follow up on all relevant customer feedback/insights.
  • Build strong working relationships and manage all cross-functional communication (Design, Product Development, Sales) to ensure critical path milestones are met efficiently.
  • Support EMEA Merchandising and product team with all ad hoc tasks and projects.
  • Support the wider team with OP seasonal product launches.
  • Support the wider team with trend analysis for the UK marketplace.
Person Specification
  • Product Management/Merchandising minimum 2 year experience and educated to a degree level.
  • In depth knowledge of the menswear UK/EU fashion environment, especially consumer trends and emerging brands.
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Basic Photoshop, Adobe and CAD skills - ideal not necessary.
  • Strong communicator and able to build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload across multiple projects.
