What we do?
At Good Fit, we help our customers unlock their next stages of growth with highly actionable & relevant data. Without a need to speed thousands of hours on manual research, B2B companies use Good Fit's data engine to identify their next opportunities, understand their customers & generate demand.
Our platform takes data from hundreds of sources across the internet, and combines it into a real-time and constantly updated view of each opportunity our clients monitor. We process a lot of data to do this, and utilise best-in-class data processing technologies to do this at scale, robustly and efficiently.
We have a great market opportunity, and we are working with many of the highest growth B2B companies out there. In order to keep up with demand, and accelerate development of the platform, we are expanding our core engineering team.
About the role:As aProduct Designer at Good Fit, you’ll shape the user experience of our rapidly evolving B2B SaaS product. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can confidently create structure where none exists. You’ll own the end-to-end design of new features and ongoing improvements, building systems and practices that elevate the entire product and design culture.
You will:- Design end-to-end user experiences for new features—from discovery through prototyping, execution, and delivery
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality user interfaces
- Develop interactive prototypes to test ideas and gather feedback from users and stakeholders
- Plan and conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform and validate design decisions
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights (product analytics, client feedback, user testing) to iterate and improve product experiences
- Work across multiple squads and work streams, supporting the highest-priority initiatives as needed
- Establish and maintain a system of reusable components, patterns, and design standards to ensure consistency and scalability
- Contribute to shaping our design culture, principles, and processes, helping the team adopt strong design practices
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS environments
- A proven track record of designing complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces with a focus on usability and clarity
- Experience owning design for new product features from problem definition through to delivery
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems or reusable component libraries
- Hands-on experience conducting user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, prototyping for validation)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—comfortable working closely with PMs and engineers in a fast-moving team
- A portfolio showcasing thoughtful interaction design, clear visual hierarchy, and strategic design decisions
- Comfort with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and prototyping methods
- A self-starter mindset—able to join where there is a vacuum, establish working practices, and drive progress with minimal support
- Experienced working in a remote-first team and work in UK.
- We are an early stage start up, with a tremendous growth trajectory. The work you'll do will have an instant & recognisable impact.
- We're a remote-first team, valuing long stretches of uninterrupted work over constant connectivity. We have an office near old street, for those who prefer a hybrid working pattern. The entire team will get together for occasional planning and team meetings (max once per month).
- As we are small team, you'll work on various parts of our platform & gain experience with wide range of technologies.
- Complete end-to-end ownership of the business problem all the way to completion, release and happy customers
- Opportunity to work directly with our founders and executive team who have a proven track record in building successful startups
- Around 30 minute intro call
- Tech interview with a white boarding session 1-2 hours
- Meeting with co-founders 30-60 mins
