Dental Receptionist

Overview

Full Time Private Dental Practice We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team at a newly acquired private dental practice. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing practice with excellent long-term career prospects.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area.

• Welcoming patients and managing appointments efficiently
• Handling patient enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
• Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality
• Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

• Previous dental reception experience preferred; a nursing background would be advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good computer skills and confidence using practice management systems
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach
• Ability to start within 4 weeks

Monday to Friday
8:45am – 6:00pm (Full Time)
