Lead Dental Nurse – Bupa Dental Care Woodford
Join Practice Manager Ashish Bechra and lead a friendly, high-performing team at Bupa Dental Care Woodford. We’re looking for a confident, motivated Lead Dental Nurse who’s ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive, well-established Bupa practice.
About the RoleAs Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll play a key role in supporting the clinical team, maintaining excellent standards of patient care, and helping the practice run smoothly day to day.
Responsibilities- Full-time role – 37 hours per week
- Working pattern:
Monday 8:00–5:00;
Tuesday 8:00–5:00;
Wednesday 8:00–5:00;
Friday 8:00–4:30;
Saturday 8:45–14:30 - Lead a team and oversee reception and staff rotas
- Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists and set up decontamination of instruments
- Update patient records and undertake some reception duties
- Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits
- Maintain a positive, professional, patient-focused approach and strong communication within the team
- GDC registered Dental Nurse (essential)
- Leadership experience or the confidence to step into a lead role
- Preferred Dentally experience
- Your GDC registration, DBS check, and professional indemnity fully covered

Lead Dental Nurse Skills And Experience- Confident leading a team
- GDC Registered
- Preferred Dentally experience
- Ensure CQC requirements are met and manage audits
