We are looking for a confident, proactive individual to join our friendly Northwood team as a Practice Manager / Head Receptionist
. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dual role—overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of a busy dental practice while leading from the front at reception to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

Whether you are an experienced manager or a Senior Nurse or Receptionist ready to grow into a leadership role, we’ll support you every step of the way.

• Location: Northwood – 1 Murray Road, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 2YP
• Hours: Full-time – 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
  A 4-day working week may be considered for the right candidate
• Salary: Competitive, discussed at interview

• Lead the reception team, setting a professional and welcoming tone
• Oversee day-to-day practice operations including rotas, stock control, and admin
• Support staff development and ensure smooth communication across the team
• Maintain compliance with CQC and internal standards
• Contribute to performance targets and overall practice success

• Experienced in practice management or a senior dental role and ready to progress
• Organised, proactive, and confident in leading a team
• Warm and approachable with excellent communication skills
