The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be providing safe and fun customer experiences for visitors using the lakes and water facilities across Hyde Park and The Regent's Park.

You’ll be the first point of call for our visitors, helping to answer queries and complaints and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience to encourage repeat bookings.

Responsibilities
  • Providing information about the surrounding park environment
  • Handling booking transactions
  • Assisting with the preparation of all areas for activities and special events
About You

To be considered as a Customer Service Assistant, you will need:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to build effective working relationships
  • Good IT skills, with the ability to use a variety of systems

Please note that if your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to a Recruitment Day on Thursday 26th March 2026 at The Regent’s Park from 09:00-12:00.
