The Customer Success Manager is integral to the success of the business, and will own a portfolio of well-known high-value accounts from day one.
- Report directly to the VP of Customer Success
- Grow and maintain accounts for a small group of high-touch enterprise clients
- Design and deliver advertising strategy based on customer insights
- Account Management / Customer Success type background
- AdTech, Mar Tech, Customer Insights or Media Agency experience
- Commerciality – revenue driving / up-sell / cross-sell
- Data insights and campaign management
