We are seeking a professional, well-presented and personable Weekday Concierge to join a boutique residential development of apartments in the heart of Marylebone.

This is a Monday-Friday role with excellent working hours, ideal for an experienced concierge who takes pride in delivering exceptional resident service within a smaller, high-end building.

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to residents and visitors
• Managing parcel deliveries and distribution
• Monitoring CCTV and ensuring building security at all times
• Handling resident queries efficiently and professionally
• Liaising with contractors and managing access
• Conducting regular building checks and reporting maintenance issues
• Supporting the Managing Agent with general administrative duties where required

• Previous experience in residential concierge or front-of-house role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, proactive and highly organised
• Confident managing a smaller building independently
• Good IT skills (emails, logging parcels, basic reporting)
• Strong understanding of health & safety and security procedures
