Customer Success Manager - Paid Search / Performance Media

London / Hybrid

35 Hour Working Week

Our Client is a fast-growing Performance Platform working with major global brands and is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive value across a portfolio of customers.

You’ll own key client relationships end-to-end, ensuring strong adoption of the platform, delivering commercial outcomes, and identifying opportunities for growth through upsell and renewal.

This role suits someone with a strong background in paid media or digital marketing who wants to move into a strategic, commercial customer success role.

• Own and manage a defined book of customers
• Drive platform adoption and demonstrate ongoing value
• Act as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders
• Advise on best practices, workflows and performance reviews
• Identify and manage risk, renewals and growth opportunities
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking
• Provide customer insight and feedback internally

• Background in paid media, digital marketing or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, measurement and ROI
• Commercial mindset with experience driving renewals and growth
• Analytical and data-driven
• Experience working with media agencies is a plus
• Customer Success or Account Management experience preferred
