Braze CRM Specialist

Are you a hands-on, experienced Braze CRM Specialist? Are you comfortable with segmentation & automation whilst competent using performance data?

Experience of driving conversion to subscriptions would be highly desirable. About the role Were hiring a specialist-level Braze marketer to run customer email communications and on-site/website journeys for our prize draw product. Customers can enter as a one-off or subscribe (automatic monthly payment). Your goal is to use smart segmentation, persuasive messaging, and well-built journeys to increase subscription conversion from one-off entrants while protecting customer trust and brand quality.

Youll be hands-on in Brazebuilding Canvases, launching campaigns, testing, and using performance data to iterate. Key responsibilities Build and optimize Braze Canvases and campaigns that move customers from one-off entry ? subscriber. Create lifecycle journeys across key moments: onboarding, post-entry, reminders, renewal nudges, churn prevention, win-back/reactivation.
