Location: Greater London

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Earlsfield. This role requires excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner to manage a high volume of queries. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, optimizing scheduling with the Central Electronic Booking system, and ensuring operational efficiency. A hybrid work model allows for 3 days in the office and 2 days remote after training.

Salary ranges from £25,000 to £30,000 based on experience.
