To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Assistant Luxury Experience Designer to join our fast-paced, international, and design-led London office in Holborn.
You Will- Support the coordination of luxury travel requests, working closely with Senior Luxury Experience Designers and the Team Leader
- Assist in managing full itineraries, including ground operations, hotels, villas, logistics, and exclusive experiences
- Communicate with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and partners under the guidance of senior team members
- Contribute to the preparation of tailor‑made itineraries and proposals for elite clientele
- Support the maintenance of professional relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Use Be Concierge CRM to create, update, and track bookings, products, and contacts
- Assist with quotations, pricing, and follow‑ups to support sales performance and conversion rates
- Work closely with the team to help resolve client requests and issues efficiently and professionally
- Collect and share client feedback with senior team members to support continuous service improvement
- Gradually develop autonomy and confidence in managing bookings and client communication
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Passionate about luxury travel, lifestyle, and high‑end service
- Based in London (this is a fully in‑office position)
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable with basic calculations; pricing and costing knowledge is a plus
- Previous experience, internships, or a strong interest in the travel, hospitality, or luxury service industry
- Positive, proactive, and client‑focused, with a strong willingness to learn
- Motivated, polished, and eager to grow professionally within a high‑performance, international environment
