Part-Time Showroom & Customer Service Assistant

What are you going to do:

We’re looking for a reliable, positive, and well‑presented part‑time team member to support our showroom and customer service operations.

• Pack and dispatch swatch orders
• Call customers who have purchased swatches to follow up and assist with enquiries
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Manage live chat enquiries
• Book in deliveries and coordinate incoming stock
• Keep the showroom clean, tidy, and well‑presented at all times
• File invoices and check invoices for accuracy

• Polite, professional, and friendly at all times
• Well‑presented with a smart, professional appearance
• Diligent with strong attention to detail
• Hard‑working, reliable, and proactive
• Positive attitude and happy to take initiative
• Confident communicating with customers in person, on the phone, and online
