Position: Senior CSM - Growth & Renewals in EdTech
Location: Greater London

A leading educational technology company in Greater London seeks an ambitious Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will manage enterprise accounts, drive growth, and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers. The ideal candidate is commercially astute, has exceptional communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A customer-focused approach and knowledge of Edtech are crucial. Offering a base salary of £50,000 - £55,000 with OTE up to £75,000, flexible working, and a supportive culture.
