📢 We are looking for our next SPECIAL SERVICES AGENT to join the PREFERRED SERVICES – AIRPORTS Management team in London, United Kingdom. You will play a key role in caring for the experience of Special Services passengers, anticipating their needs and delivering comprehensive end-to-end service, directly contributing to keeping millions of people connected with the world.

There’s no routine here—every day brings a new challenge. Your main responsibilities will include:- Anticipating needs and providing comprehensive support throughout the entire end-to-end Special Services passenger journey.
- Caring for and managing the passenger experience during contingencies.
- Delivering preferential and personalized airport service to Special Services passengers.
- Ensuring a differentiated, excellence-driven experience in every interaction.
- A degree in Tourism or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (mandatory).
- Knowledge of SABRE is a plus.
- We need you to have an advanced level of English and Portuguese (mandatory). If you got this far, we’re flying in the same direction!
- Valid documentation to work in the United Kingdom.

Contract type:
Fixed-term contract for 3 months, with the possibility of renewal.
