Corporate Receptionist - Signature Guest Services

City of London | Full-time - 40 hours/week

At Mitie, we're looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Signature team in a prestigious Central London location.

About the Role

As the first point of contact, you'll own the reception area and deliver a 5‑star service to all building users, visitors, contractors, and colleagues. You'll manage access and egress in line with client protocols, support workplace operations, and ensure every interaction reflects the Signature standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and host guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage visitor access, s, and pass issuance.
  • Maintain a polished, welcoming reception space.
  • Collaborate with facilities, security, and hospitality teams.
  • Uphold health, safety, and security protocols.
What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years’ experience in corporate reception or customer service.
  • Immaculate grooming and confident communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and visitor management systems.
  • A proactive, intuitive approach with strong attention to detail.
