Reportingtothe Headof Member Engagement ,The Member Engagement /Client Success Managerwillworkalongsidetheir Membership Manager ’s,tobuildvaluablerelationshipswithkeyindustry stakeholders.

Theroleseekstogainvaluableknowledgefromthemembersthatwillhelpthewiderteambuildmemberparticipationandretention,andthussupporttheprosperityofahighlyengagedandthrivingindustry.

Thesuccessfulcandidatewillhaveaproactiveapproach,payingcloseattentiontodetailandensuring thatthemembersareengagedthroughouttheyear,culminatinginsuccessfulrenewals.

Theideal candidatewillalsohavepreviousexperienceinaclient-facing role.

Key responsibilities
  • Buildrelationshipswithmembersandlearnabouttheirpriorities,usingthisknowledgeto developastrategicplanforengagement.
  • Thefirstpointofcontactformembersenquiriesandcoordinatinginternallytofollow-up.
  • Understandingmembersbusinessobjectives,workingwithmultipleinternalstakeholderstoensureweofferthemostsuitablesolutionstoeachmember.
Profile Required
  • Ideally3+years’experienceinanassociationmembership,event,or conference sponsorshipsales.
  • Self-motivated,target-oriented,readytoleapstraightinandwillbeaneffectiveteamplayer.
  • Provenexperienceofrelationshipbuildingalongsidedeliveringengagementplanstodrive demonstrableretentionandgrowth.
  • Fantasticcommunicatorwiththeabilitytoseamlesslyconnectpeople,facetofaceandon thephoneandinwrittencommunication.
  • Theabilitytoworkconfidently,highlyorganisedandsolutionfocused.
  • Highstandardofinterpersonalskills,professionalconfidenceandtenacity
  • Self-motivatedandtarget-orientedapproachwiththedesiretoachieve

    KPI'sandfinancialrewards.
  • Experiencedatbuildingandmaintainingrelationshipswithclients.
