Working HoursMonday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (Shifts on a rotational basis between 8am – 8pm, including 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off during the week)

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will :
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain clear, empathetic communication, ensuring customers always feel heard and supported.
- Think creatively to solve customer problems and prevent potential issues from escalating.
- Collaborate with team members, ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers.
- Stay up to date on Rendall & Rittner’s services, using feedback to improve and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions, continuously learning and evolving your skills to better serve our customers.
- Show strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate clear solutions.
