Key Responsibilities:
As a Centre Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of two of our client's designated centres. Your main objectives will include:
Customer Service Excellence:
Be the friendly face of the centres, providing a warm and welcoming reception for customers and visitors. Attend to their needs, requests, and complaints with speed and efficiency. Your aim? Total customer satisfaction!
Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues to foster a positive 'one team' culture. Flexibility is key; you may occasionally substitute for the Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager.
Event Support:
Assist in organising and managing events that promote customer engagement and community building. Let your creativity shine 🎉
Health & Safety:
Ensure a positive Health & Safety culture and take on the role of Fire Marshall, coordinating evacuations when necessary. Your safety skills will keep everyone secure! 🔒
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
Skills:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a good grasp of Microsoft Office.
Experience with social media platforms to engage customers is a bonus! 📱
Personal Characteristics:
Highly organised, professional, and personable. The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team is essential.
Problem Solver:
You should be able to resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
