Overview

We are recruiting for a permanent German & English Bilingual Customer Service Advisor to speak both German and English.

Role Purpose


* Hybrid for London office*

Responsibilities
  • Respond to English and German emails, and answer calls in both languages.
  • Handle customer queries in our system and translate replies between English and German.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service/excellence in all interactions—over the phone, by email, social media and live web chat—in both English and German.
  • Communicate directly with customers on the phone, by email, social media and live web chat.

Salary

£26,312 per annum

Location


* Hybrid for London office*

Hours

40 paid hours per week.

Shifts

Monday – Saturday, based on a shift pattern. 8‑hour shifts within the opening hours of 8am – 8pm. Rota provided 2 weeks in advance for easy planning.
