The Opportunity
An ambitious and growing international business is looking to appoint a Sales and Customer Experience Manager to lead and scale its customer-facing operations.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on driving sales performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll take ownership of a small but growing customer service and experience team, shape processes and systems, and play a key role in the next phase of business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and developing a customer service / customer experience team (initially 2–3 people, with growth planned)
* Driving sales performance while maintaining outstanding service standards
* Owning and optimising CRM and customer support platforms (Zendesk or similar)
* Acting as the escalation point for complex customer and commercial issues
* Analysing customer data and feedback to improve service delivery and identify sales opportunities
* Working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to align customer experience and commercial strategy
* Setting, tracking, and improving KPIs related to customer satisfaction and sales performance
* Supporting system improvements, process development, and scalability
* Representing the business with customers and partners, including occasional international travel
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing people within sales, customer service, or customer experience environments
* A strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales growth
* Hands-on experience with Zendesk or confidence working with other CRMs or ERPs
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead from the front
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally when required
