We are currently working with a growing, professional services business that is looking to hire a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to support their German-speaking client base.

This opportunity is well suited to recent graduates or individuals with commercial, customer-facing experience who are keen to build a career in a professional, people-focused environment.

As a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers
• Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email and online platforms
• Support customers with enquiries, account information and general service requests
• Build positive, long-term relationships through clear, professional communication
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high standard of customer experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Recent graduate or someone with previous customer service / commercial experience
• Confident, personable and professional manner
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
