Corporate Receptionist

Location:
Central London

We’re looking for a polished and personable Corporate Receptionist to join the Rapport team at a prestigious Central London client site, supporting a leading accountancy and business advisory firm.

This role suits someone who enjoys creating positive first impressions, building rapport with guests, and delivering consistently high standards in a professional environment.

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Shifts: Rota between 7:00am–8:00pm (flexibility required)

What you’ll do
  • Welcome and host guests with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage front-of-house, calls, and enquiries efficiently

  • Escort visitors and support meeting room set-ups

  • Deliver engaging guest experiences and maintain high standards

What you’ll bring
  • At least 1 year of front-of-house or customer service experience

  • A confident, friendly, and professional manner

  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy

  • Ability to work independently and stay organised
