Location: Greater London
A facilities management company is seeking a Helpdesk Operative to join their team in Greater London. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, vetting service requests and dispatching tasks based on urgency and skills. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to work under pressure while delivering high-quality customer service. Prior experience with CAFM systems is preferred.
The position offers a salary of £30,428 and works on a 4 on / 4 off rotation.
