You will be responsible for the development and ongoing service of the customer relationship for the clients within your own SME portfolio. You will bring a customer focussed mindset to ensure the retention, growth, and profitability of the business.

• 2+ years experience in leisure travel consulting (with SME clients experience) or corporate travel management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict SLAs
• Ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment
• To be a "people person" who values the importance of developing strong relationships
