The role focuses on providing customer service for a company specializing in map tools. As part of the job, agents contact various local businesses to verify whether the information displayed on the maps is accurate and up to date — for example, confirming if a business is still operating at a specific location or whether their opening hours have changed.

• Review maps data to assess business information accuracy based on client policies.
• Engage with business, predominantly via quick outbound phone calls, to verify their business information.
• Update client platforms based on verified information.
• Make well-balanced decisions based on market-specific knowledge.

• Customer service experience.
• English language knowledge min. B2/C1 level.
• Chinese/Italian/Thai/German/ Greek language knowledge min. B2/C1 level.
• Good written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to apply judgment on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
• Good time management, prioritization, and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure.
