Position: Resident Experience Lead: Complaints Triage & Recovery
Location: Greater London

A major housing association in London is seeking a Complaint Triage and Service Recovery Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents expressing concerns and complaints. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, documenting complaints in the CRM system, and collaborating with internal teams for resolution. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service and complaint management, alongside strong communication skills.

This permanent position offers a salary range of £31,934 to £35,483 per annum.
