Overview
We are recruiting a Resident Services Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operation of a student accommodation scheme in London. This is a front‑facing role focused on delivering an excellent resident experience while supporting operational and administrative requirements on site.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors
- Deliver high standards of customer service at all times
- Handle enquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests professionally
- Support check‑ins, check‑outs, and room inspections
- Update CRM and internal systems accurately
- Assist with health & safety checks and compliance tasks
- Support resident engagement and community activities
- Previous customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or student accommodation preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- IT confident with good attention to detail
- Organised, approachable, and proactive
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends where required

Salary£13.50 per hour
