A leading eCommerce software provider is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to support clients in optimizing their Ads revenues through their platform. You will help clients during onboarding and ensure successful adoption and growth. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of client-facing experience, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. Fluency in English is required. This role is based in London, UK, with international travel as needed.
