* Key Responsibilities:

** Managing the Business:
· Support the Account Manager & Client Account Director with the delivery of multiple workstreamssimultaneously to meet client expectations
· Support in coordinating the team’s projects, ensuring all work is provided to our teams in an accurate andtimely manner
· Owning and delivering competitive reporting, finding and articulating tangible insights and generating the“so what” to inform best client response

Relationship Management:
· Supports the AM & CAD with general client liaison and administration
· Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships with all specialist teams (e.g. AV, Digital, Search,Social, OOH)
· Meets with & learns from key media owners

Finance & Budget Management:
· Work with AM to ensure finances are accurate and match our PO budgets and that plans are reconciled in atimely manner
· Support the wider team in managing the clients’ debt and unbilled, ensuring that nothing reaches aged status.

Reporting Oversight:
· Reporting requirements, including collating multiple inputs from various specialist teams into a concise and digestible format.
· Running / hosting client reporting calls and familiarising yourself with the results, learnings and recommendations to facilitate constructive dialogue.

Communications Planning:
· Create and review target audience insights, presenting them to clients and partner agencies at various levelsof seniority.
· Support AM in translating audience media consumption insights into holistic media mix recommendations that deliver on clients’ objectives
