German & English Speaking Customer Advisor

We are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor to speak both German and English.

• Responding to English and German emails, answering English and German calls.
• Dealing with customer queries on our system and translating replies from English to German and German to English.
• Delivering customer service excellence in all aspects of supporting clients over the phone and in writing in both English and German.
• Communicating directly with customers on the phone, by email, social media and live web chat.

The Multilingual Consultant will report into the German Team Leader.

£26,312 per annum

Hybrid for London office

40 paid hours per week.

Monday - Saturday, based on a shift pattern. 8 hour shifts between the opening hours of 8am - 8pm. Rota provided 2 weeks in advance for easy planning.
