We have an opening within Envoy's dedicated Customer Relations team for a client-facing Enterprise Specialist
. The Enterprise Specialist is responsible for assisting Envoy's clients with a proactive approach to driving solutions to customer issues. Allowing for greater adoption and retention to improve service and growth for our customers.
- Use a consultative and proactive approach to manage and be the primary point of contact for those accounts assigned to you
- Offline and custom workflows will require creative and strategic decision making to ensure a high level of service delivery for both HRs and employees
- Act as a liaison with law firm(s) to ensure seamless service delivery between Envoy / law firm(s) and the customer
- Proactively monitor data and reports through the Envoy Global portal and analyze findings to provide to leadership and customer feedback upon request.
- Provide proposed solutions to leadership as well as the customer.
- Open cases in the Envoy platform
- Contact managers for job descriptions and any additional matters that arise
- Organize Public Access Files in the Envoy platform
- Respond to case status inquiries from managers and employees
- Organize Public Access Files in the Envoy platform
- Undertake additional services asked of by the client to assist in their immigration workflow
- Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visas
- Solid MS Word, Excel, spelling, grammar, and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent application of the English language (written and verbal)
- Sound ability to demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, including strong multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated experience achieving a high level of productivity and accuracy in previous roles
- Experience managing a large portfolio/caseload (ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines)
- 2 years of full time
EMEA Employment Immigration Experience (EMEA preferred) - Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline - highly advantageous

Annual Base Salary Range- £55,000 - £65,000
