Two Circles is a global sports agency, connecting fans with sport properties using data. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year.
We have a team of just over 550 Two Circlers working from six offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris and Bern and Melbourne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base.
Our content team engages with audiences and brands to tell stories through social media, and advises our clients on areas of content optimisation. We look after an amassed community of over 600 million followers across some of the biggest accounts in sports. Our award‑winning in‑house team spans across Strategy, Insights, Studio and Production.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, dynamic and ambitious person interested in working for sport’s most exciting agency at our London (Holborn) office.
The Junior Creative Editor is a member of the studio team with a good motion design skillset and editing skills, who collaborates with the Studio team to produce scroll‑stopping content.
Working across video projects, the Junior Creative Editor’s strength is editing, with a particular eye for energetic, socially optimised content. They can also create basic motion elements and interweave these into their editing, enhancing video content with creative flourishes.
Vertical video for platforms like Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, and Instagram Reels & Stories will be a key part of the Junior Creative Editor’s output. They should bring a “social‑first” mindset, tailoring edits to suit each platform’s tone and format to maximise engagement. They will also plan for multi‑aspect ratio workflows where appropriate.
They are technically proficient in editing and motion‑related software, have a good eye for pacing and tone, and a good editorial sense. They will also have strong written English skills as subtitling will be required for the majority of their edits.
Comfortable working independently with oversight and direction from senior members of the team, they are equally adept at collaborating with a team and seek out opportunities for learning and development.
They are a creative thinker able to visualise concepts and are confident expressing ideas to the internal team.
